Today i made the last adjustments on the Omer Scrambler, it was time to take some photos of the finished result!
The engine is very powerful, i tried to climb the steepest hills i could find, nothing stops the Scrambler! 🙂
Omer Cylinder Repair
Bad news, the piston to cylinder clearence on my brothers Omer Scrambler is way off. We need a new piston, maybe even a re-bore.
More Scrambler time.
The Omer Scrambler is getting closer to the first testride.
I’ve made a new rear sprocket to get the speed decreased, i couldn’t get a spare part big enough so i had to make one myself.
I need to make a new exhaust braket to lower it down to the manifold. I also have to make a new intake manifold for the smaller Dellorto SHA carb. Everything else is mounted and adjusted.

Scrambler time!
Yesterday my brother and I dedicated a whole day on his Omer Scrambler. We started with the wheels and did a conversion to some sealed 6001 ball bearings, which turned out great. After that we assembled as much as we could before bedtime.

Kims Puch Maxi P engine overhaul.
Kim bought a nice Puch Maxi with pedals in germany, the engine needed a quick overhaul. New bearings, seals and a cleanup.
New nikasil on Per’s Kreidler TM cylinder.
We finally got the cylinder back from repair, brand new Meteor piston and nikasil coating. Can’t wait to testride it, when the snow and salt is gone.
Beautiful chamfering on all ports, very nice done. Contact Achim from kreidlerschrauber.de if you need a new Nikasil coating, but be patient, it takes a while.
