My friend Lauge has restored a beautiful Yamaha FS1-DX, but the cheap seal rings he used leaked everywhere. The worst was on the crankshaft clutch side, it was ripped into pieces and the engine hasn’t done more than 50 km.
So we opened it up and redid the whole engine, enjoy:
